How do I choose the right size cover for my single sofa?

Please measure your sofa or armchair carefully following our Size Guide , so that the cover fits perfectly on it.

  • For a 1-seater armchair: If the dimension between the two ends of your armchair is between 90 and 140 centimeters, then the size to select is: 1 seater (90-140cm)

  • For a 2 seater sofa: If the length between the two ends of your sofa is between 141 and 185 centimeters, then the size to select is: 2 seater (141-185cm)

  • For a 3-seater sofa: If the dimension between the two ends of your sofa is between 186 and 230 centimeters, then the size to select is: 3-seater (186-230cm)

  • For a 4-seater sofa: If the length between the two ends of your sofa is between 231 and 300 centimeters, then the size to select is: 4-seater (231-300cm)

How do I choose the right size cover for my corner sofa?

For a corner sofa (L-shaped), 2 covers are needed to cover each part of your sofa, as mentioned in our Size Guide .

Please consult it before placing an order.

The sizes of covers that fit your corner sofa will depend on the dimensions you measure.

You can choose from 4 different dimensions for our corner sofa covers: between 90 and 140 cm, between 141 and 185 cm, between 186 and 230 cm, and between 231 and 300 cm.


For a panoramic sofa (U-shaped) or a sofa composition, at least 3 covers will be necessary. In order to determine the sizes of covers suitable for this type of sofa, please measure the distances between each point A, B and C, as explained in our Size Guide.

MODIFICATION AND CANCELLATION OF ORDER

Can I change my shipping address?

If you wish to change your delivery address, please contact us at the following address contact@housses-tendances.com or using the contact form on our site, at the latest within 24 hours of your order, specifying your new address and we will do our best to help you.

In the event that your package has already been shipped, we must contact our delivery agent in order to modify your shipping address. Please note, however, that such an approach may extend the delivery time. Housses-Tendances™ cannot therefore be held responsible for any delay in delivery caused by a request to change your address.

Can I cancel my order?

DELIVERY

When will I receive my order?

In order to always offer you the best price, we have had to completely rethink our operations to reduce our costs and to guarantee you the best quality/price ratio in all circumstances.

Your order will be shipped within 24/48 hours. Delivery times vary between 5 and 10 working days. This period includes the registration of your order, its preparation, its shipping and its delivery.

For some items, delivery is made in less than a week!

How can I track the progress of my package?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number allowing you to follow the progress of your package until it is received.

We can deliver to most countries in the world (with some exceptions).

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is free from the first euro for Metropolitan France and the rest of the world (except exceptions)!

I received my order but it is incomplete, what should I do?

Please note that if you ordered multiple items , they may have been shipped in multiple packages. The items you have not received may still be on their way.

I still haven't received my order, what should I do?

If, after 15 working days, you still have not received your order, please follow these steps: Start by checking the tracking of your package. Your package may have been delayed or left with one of your neighbors. If the tracking does not allow you to find your package, do not hesitate to contact us at contact@housses-tendances.com or via the contact form on our site.

I won't be home when the delivery takes place, what should I do?

Don't worry, the items will be delivered to your mailbox if they are not very bulky.

Otherwise, your order will be stored at your local post office or at a relay point near your home.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days.
